These terms apply when you visit customboxarena.com or place an order. They are deliberately plain-English — if anything is unclear, email legal@customboxarena.com.

CustomBoxArena LLC ("CustomBoxArena", "we", "us") operates customboxarena.com and produces the custom packaging you order through it. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Orders are accepted at our discretion. We may decline orders that conflict with our content policy, our production capacity, or the licensing rights you hold in the artwork you upload.
Custom packaging is made to your specification — it is non-returnable. Defects are covered by our reprint guarantee (see /returns) and apply within 30 days of delivery.
You own the artwork you upload. By uploading artwork you grant us a limited license to reproduce it on the packaging you order. We never share, sell, or republish customer artwork.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at customboxarena.com/terms with a last-updated date. Material changes go out via email to customers with an active order.
